FAQ

Is our proprietary formula safe?
- Yes. We understand the importance of differentiation in today’s marketplace, and we take this responsibility very seriously. We will sign a confidentiality agreement for many of our customers we contract manufacture for.
Part of our blend has a proprietary product in it. How do you handle this?
- Send us the product, and we will store your product in one of our warehouses. We will send you updated inventory results depending on your preferences. We have also signed consignment agreements with some of our customers.
Do you purchase the all of the material for our blends or does our company?
- Usually with our supply chain we purchase the material; However, for certain additives it makes more sense for you to purchase. Whatever is more convenient for you, is fine with us.
If we create our own proprietary product will you register the product with the state?
- We will help you navigate through the process to register your product with each state, but it would still be your responsibility register your product with each state.
Who is responsible for creating labels?
- We will assist you with creating labels, but it would still be your responsibility to send to the states with the registration of your product.
How do we know the accuracy of the formulation?
- We hold ourselves to higher standards so we can say that what we manufacture is what we say it is. We hold retainer samples of every product we ship, and randomly test batches with independent laboratories to give you the confidence you need that your formulation is accurate.
Can we ship our proprietary product directly to our growers?
- Absolutely! We can put your paperwork on the shipping documents, and ship directly to your growers. We are committed to protecting your confidentiality, while allowing you to save time and costs.
Do you work with insecticides, fungicides or herbicides?
- No, Liquid Products, LLC is strictly a nutrient solution company. We do not carry insecticides, fungicides or herbicides, so you do not have to worry about contamination.
