Is our proprietary formula safe with you?
Absolutely. We understand that your formula is your competitive advantage, and we take the responsibility of protecting it very seriously. We routinely sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Confidentiality Agreements with our contract manufacturing partners to guarantee your intellectual property remains secure.
Part of our blend includes a proprietary ingredient. How do you handle that?
We offer flexible inventory management for proprietary ingredients. You can ship your specific product directly to us, and we will store it securely in our warehouse. We provide regular inventory reports based on your preference and can even facilitate consignment agreements if that better suits your business model.

If we create a proprietary product, will you handle state registration?
While the ultimate responsibility for state-by-state registration lies with your company, we are here to help. We will guide you through the registration process and provide the necessary documentation to make the submission process as smooth as possible.
Who is responsible for creating labels?
We assist with the label creation process to ensure they look professional and contain necessary technical data. However, you will need to submit these labels to the respective states as part of your product registration.

Do you purchase the raw materials,
or do we?
We aim for maximum convenience. Typically, we leverage our own supply chain to source materials cost-effectively for you. However, if you prefer to purchase specific additives yourself—or if it is more economical for you to do so—we are happy to accommodate that arrangement.
Can we ship our private label product directly to our growers?
Yes! We offer blind drop-shipping services. We can use your branded paperwork and packing slips on the shipping documents, allowing us to ship directly to your growers or customers. This protects your confidentiality while saving you significant time and freight costs.

How do we know the formulation will be accurate?
We hold our manufacturing process to the highest industry standards. To guarantee accuracy and peace of mind, we retain samples of every product we ship. We also conduct random batch testing with independent, third-party laboratories to ensure the product we manufacture matches your exact specifications.
Do you work with insecticides, fungicides, or herbicides?
No. Liquid Products, LLC is strictly a nutrient solution company. Because we do not carry or process insecticides, fungicides, or herbicides, you never have to worry about cross-contamination affecting your nutrient blends.
